This is the core module, and contains personal details of an employee, including family, payroll, services, medical, training, performance and benefits records. It incorporates a multi-level employee profile search engine, filtering and virtual grouping.

Payroll Management


Automates the complete payroll processing functions. In addition to the basic payroll features, it includes:

  • Bonus simulation
  • Payroll variance analysis
  • Wage cost distribution by cost centres and projects
  • Backpay processing
  • Arrears processing for resigned employees
  • Wage trend analysis
  • Retirement benefits calculation

Time Attendance


Streamlines payroll processing through elimination of tedious and error-prone data entry. Unlike most other time attendance software, Attendance module comes with a built-in spreadsheet and graphing tools which allow the user to analyze attendance variables such as overtime and unproductive hours. IT supports a wide variety of clock devices including barcode, magnetic stripe, proximity card, and biometric devices. In addition, Attendance module includes:

Leave Management


This is a comprehensive leave system which help company to manage and compute employee's leave entitlement such as annual leave, medical leave, marriage leave and etc. Leave type is user definable, and there is no limit to the type. It comes with the following features:

  • Multiple leave entitlement table for automatic entitlement computation
  • Integrated link to flex payroll and flex time attendance system
  • Leave and leave adjustment records with details on reason for leave
  • Leave entitlement computation report for computation explanation
  • Leave calendar to support actual leave day’s calculation

Benefit Management


This module manages employee benefits like loans, medical, retirement benefits, scholarship, etc. It handles repayment schedule and automatic deduction from salary. Much of the parameters are user definable.

Training Management


The modules comes with a training needs analysis which allows users to identify training needs, schedule training as well as administer the training activities. Standard features include:

Performance Management


Performance module manages employee performance records, development plan, increment and promotion recommendations. User could run both increment and bonus simulation based on assigned tables

Financial System Interface (FSI)


Allows you to distribute the wage cost into the chart of account by generating a journal entries file. It supports multiple chart of accounts, account sub code mapping, provision amount calculation and user defined journal format.

Import Utilities


allows users to import data from external system through definition of the data format. Integrity rules can be set to validate the external data prior to upload to the flexHR® database. Audit reports are provided for control checks.

Transport Planning


This is a transport scheduling and planning system that automates the scheduling of transport needs based on manpower schedule. It computes and track transport costs based on user definable rules and provide tracking of transport providers’ performance. Standard features include:

eLeave Workflow Automation System


Incorporates with Leave application, the users to submit their leave application form via the web environment. The submitted forms will be route through the approval process and update into the Leave module in flexHR®HRMS. Other than that, users also can perform the task as leave planning, leave cancellation, inquiry of leave balance, leave history, leave calendar and etc.

eOvertime Workflow Automation System


Incorporates with Attendance application and let's the users to submit their overtime application forms via the web environment. The submitted forms such as OT Plan forms and Actual OT forms will be route through the approval process and update into the Attendance module in flexHR®HRMS.

eAttendance Workflow Automation System


Incorporates with Attendance application and let's the HOD to check and edit the work shift and attendance records via the web environment. The amended records will be route through the approval process and update into the Attendance module in flexHR®HRMS.

eClaim Workflow Automation System


Incorporates with Benefit application and let's the users to submit their monthly claims such as medical, overtime and miscellaneous claims via the web environment. The amended records will be route through the approval process and update into the Benefit module in flexHR®HRMS.

eStaff Workflow Automation System


Incorporates with Employee & Security application and let's the users to verify their employee records as well as submit request to update their personal data whenever there are changes such as qualifications, addresses, family data and etc via the web environment. eCanteen Workflow Automation System


Incorporates with Attendance application and let the users to manage and control the daily meal allocation for internal canteen.

ePaystatement Workflow Automation System


Incorporates with Payroll application and let's the users to view their monthly or yearly statement via the web environment. Currently ePaystatement provide the information for:

eKIOSK Workflow Automation System


Allows relevant HR functions to be access via ‘touch-screen’ based PC station (same approach as ‘ATM’ used by the banking industry), for deployment to employees without desktop PCs. Currently eKIOSK allows user to access the information such as:

Business Scorecard System


Business Scorecard is primarily about business direction, strategy formulation, goal setting, planning and review. It defines an organizational goals and objectives, and cascades down to the department or section level. This modules uses the Balanced Scorecard approach and is highly customizable to the user’s needs.

Performance Scorecard System


Performance Scorecard is the alignment of the individual’s performance to the business of the organization. It is user-definable and is a comprehensive approach to performance planning and evaluation. It is structured in the following way:

  • Key Performance Areas (KPA)
  • Each Key Performance Area has subsets of Factors (KPF)
  • Each Key Performance Factor has user defined performance indicators (KPI)
  • Each PKL is scored and the total score of the employee is expressed as a percentage

    Performance Scorecard is structured into 3 key sections:
  • Section A - deals with Goals and their accomplishments.
  • Section B - deals with Competencies .
  • Section C - covers Values of the organization

Training Need Analysis (TNA)


This module enables the organization to do Training Needs Analysis from 3 dimensions. It also enables employees to access the Training Plan and view the type of programmes and their schedules. Employees can sign up for training from this window. This module has a number of reports that are essential to managing the training strategy. These reports cover costs of training, programme evaluation, ROI on training, and HRD Fund.

This is web application that allows users to maintain the training records, training classes by organizer and administer the training activities. Standard features include:

Hiring of people is often thought of as merely interviewing and issuing appointment letters. Performance Scorecard gives a “construct” of the high achiever (by functional area or organization) and this serves as useful criteria for the selection process. This module also provides the job interview evaluation procedure.

Employee Relation System


Employee relations in most organizations are a rather reactive thing. As performance improvement management is linked to Performance Scorecard, extremely weak performers will be identified early and counseled. Based on the organization’s policy on performance expectation, the management is then able to take appropriate follow-up action. This module contains the Discipline Procedure according to best Industrial Relations practice. The module also highlights important Industrial Court Awards that relate to the various areas of discipline management. It also details the process for action for wrongful dismissal under Section 20 of the Industrial Relations Act, 1967.

Organization Chart


Talent Management System


The module is important to the organization in terms of Talent Management. It enables the management to plan talent development and leverage the best for the right job. The empirical results of Performance Scorecard will enable the planner to decide the logical choice of personnel and the roles that they can play within the organization.
